Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

We work hard to ensure 100% accuracy and satisfaction of your order.

The following criteria MUST be met for our customers to request a return for a replacement or refund:

  • Quality issue: Any deficiency in manufacturing that results in the product becoming unusable. This MUSt be reported within 5 days of the scanned delivery date. 
  • Product Recall: Any items that have been recalled by the manufacturer will be accepted if returned by the deadline date on the recall notice.
  • Order processing error: Customer received the wrong item(s) and/or quantity of items. This MUST be reported within 5 days of scanned delivery date.
  • Product damaged in transit: The damage item(s) MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date.

Our returns department evaluates and authorizes product returns. If authorized, an RMA number will be assigned. Customers are responsible for obtaining a return label from their preferred carrier and returning items within 7 days of receipt of the return label. Once received by our facility, we will process your refund. This can take up to 7 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

We will NO LONGER accept returns for: 

  • Products incorrectly ordered: We cannot guarantee product sterility once the item(s) has left our possession and as a result, we cannot resell them to customers in good conscience. Our customer’s safety is our priority! Please check your order BEFORE completing your purchase at check out.
  • Any BOGO (Buy One Get One free) item(s): ALL SALES FINAL
  • Any Sexual Health item(s): ALL SALES FINAL
  • Any liquid, cream, or other topically applied item(s): ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • Dilutants for reconstitution of medicines: We cannot guarantee product sterility once the item(s) has left our possession and as a result, we cannot resell them to customers in good conscience.
