What is Melatropin®?
Melatropin® is a highly potent tanning supplement that stimulates the production of melanin, the brown pigment responsible for skin color, and promotes a natural, deep bronze tan.
How does Melatropin® work?
Melatropin® is formulated with all-natural, synergistic ingredients in ideal ratios to maximize the body’s skin-tanning process, known as melanogenesis, in response to sun and/or UV (tanning bed) exposure.
Along with melanin-stimulation, the bronzing effects of Melatropin® are the result of powerful antioxidants in the form of carotenoids, which together comprise a brown pigment that is able to further enhance the skin tone after oral administration.
What is the Melatropin® dosage?
3 capsules of Melatropin® should be taken once daily with food.
Those who are concerned with the skin-darkening effects of Melatropin® being too rapid or intense should start with 1-2 capsules daily and gradually increase to 3 capsules per day over the course of a week.
The tanning and skin-bronzing effects of Melatropin® are best achieved when used for at least 30 days in combination with regular sun and/or UV (tanning bed) exposure.
Once the desired tan is achieved, then a dosage of 1-2 capsules taken once daily with food is recommended.
How long do the effects of Melatropin® last?
Once discontinued, the bronzing and skin-darkening effects of Melatropin® will begin to lessen over the course of a few days to a few weeks, as they are dependent upon the total use duration.
Melatropin® is a minimally effective “sunless tanning” agent. The amount of sun and/or UV (tanning bed) exposure will affect the speed at which each person tans while taking Melatropin®.
What are the side effects of Melatropin®?
Melatropin® is considered well tolerated with the active ingredient profile dosed to ensure results, without any negative effects. Melatropin® should be taken with your first meal of the day along with adequate water intake.
Melatropin® does NOT replace topical sun protection. Use an appropriate sunscreen for optimal UV protection.
